Sarah

Sarah really enjoys people and numbers.  She began her career in Finance, working as a Financial Analyst at a litigation and business valuation firm before deciding to combine her interpersonal communication skills with a focus on personal financial planning. She joined Kochis Fitz, a private wealth management firm that was lead by the personal financial planning industry leaders Tim Kochis and Linda Fitz.  Sarah started in the investment operations department and became a Wealth Manager after earning the CFP ® designation. When Kochis Fitz merged with another leading wealth management firm to become Aspiriant, with over $3B in assets under management, Sarah became a partner.

Taking the next career turn, Sarah left Aspiriant to join forces with Jonathan at NeighborCity to lead the business and financial management, which provided valuable startup expertise for launching Ventive when the Cardella clan moved to beautiful Boise, Idaho.  Sarah and Jonathan found Boise to be an ideal setting to tap into local tech talent as well as raise their four kids.

Sarah is thankful for the continued learning opportunities and challenges that being a business owner provide her on a daily basis, and is proud to work with the talented team at Ventive.
