Adam is an experienced strategic advisor, attorney, entrepreneur, and leader. Prior to joining Ventive and co-founding Strike, Adam served as Counsel at Fox Rothschild, LLP and was a member of one of the largest Entertainment Law practice groups in the country. At Fox, Adam grew and focused his practice on providing strategic legal and business counsel to clients in technology, music, and film industries, specifically in deals relating to the development, marketing, and distribution of creative content. In years prior, Adam handled high-stakes litigation across the country at a national law firm and then co-founded his own law firm before his practice was acquired. Throughout his 15+ years in private practice, Adam represented a wide array of clients, from individual content creators, production companies and startups to established businesses and Fortune 500 companies. The diverse nature of Adam’s practice and experience enabled him to provide an empathetic, energetic, and practical approach to helping others achieve their dreams and business goals.

Adam serves on several boards and is dedicated to giving back to the community. He is currently one of the longest-tenured executive board members of The Sanneh Foundation, whose mission is to empower and create positive social change for youth through in-school and after-school mentoring and programs in the Twin Cities and beyond.  During Adam’s tenure, TSF has grown from one program with a $30,000 operating budget, to six programs and a $3.5M operating budget. Adam is also proud to be the current co-Vice Chair and executive board member of Minnesota Film & TV, the prominent, full-service, non-profit commission that advances the economy and cultural environment by creating jobs and supporting the state’s film and TV production industry.

Adam received his law degree from the University of Minnesota Law School where he graduated with honors, received the highest distinction for The Outstanding Note or Comment Authored by Member of the Minnesota Law Review, and was chosen by his classmates and professors to be the Speaker of his class.

Adam enjoys writing music, live performance, world travel, Colombian cuisine, and spending time with his family.
